Cranberry Moscato Mimosa

Cranberry Moscato Mimosa

Jingle jangle, y’all, Christmas time is officially HERE! Like officially officially — all the “no-Christmas-decor-before-Thanksgiving” fuss can now end because Turkey Day is behind us and, don't shoot the messenger, but Christmas Day is only a short 29 days away!

BUT don’t panic! While the hustle and bustle of the season can be overwhelming, and there are a casual 40-something parties to miraculously fit into 25 days, we are here to save the day with a super simple, go-to drink that will have all your party guests asking for mor

As we all know by now, a Christmas party isn't a Christmas party without a festive menu, right?! And a festive menu isn't compete without festive drinks, yeah!? YUP. Enter: the Corks + Cheers Cranberry Moscato Mimosa, the answer to all your party drink prayers.

What you'll need:

*1 bottle Dellatorri Sparkling
   Moscato

*Cranberry Juice cocktail

*Fresh cranberries to garnish

Here’s how to make it:

Make it as you would with any other mimosa, which, after doing our own research and debating the proper technique, seems to have the audience split:  bubbly first, then cranberry juice or cranberry juice, topped with the bubbly?! It apparently doesn't matter! You do you! Then, to finish it off, garnish with a little cranberry skewer and enjoy!

Quick, easy, and delicious! Christmas cheer at it's finest!

Cherry Pie + Zinfandel

Cherry Pie + Zinfandel

Let’s be honest — Pinterest is great. Blogger moms are amazing. Cooking things from scratch is wildly admirable. Joanna Gaines might be superhuman. But MOMS. Regular Moms are the real MVPs. Can I get a witness?! Moms who have 1, 2, 6, 10 kids with 25 different practices, lessons, therapies, and school projects to handle in a week are the ones who deserve to wear the superhero capes and win the trophies.

And who better to encourage the moms that YOU’RE DOING JUST FINE than your friends here at Corks + Cheers?! Listen — we get it. While we believe the saying “you have the same amount of time in a week as Beyoncé,” we also believe you don't have the same amount of drivers, nannies, or maids as Beyoncé. So there. That’s settled.

What you'll need:

*Bottle of Pinetti Notte Zinfandel

*Marie Callender's ready-to-bake pie

So what do you do when you’re asked to make a delicious dessert for your Thanksgiving party this year? You get real with ‘em and do what we did. Our friends at Marie Callender’s make delicious ready-to-bake pies, making your life 400x easier. We went with the cherry pie and it did not disappoint! And then, because you’re an awesome mom, you wow the crowd by throwing in a bottle of our Pinetti Notte Zinfandel. The aromas of cherry and subtle hints of blackberry in the wine make for the perfect compliment the pie! Plus, what takes the focus off of a non-homemade dessert better than a good bottle of wine? Zin for the win, amirite?!

Wham bam, thank you ma’am — easy as pie! HA! Get it!? Now go enjoy your holidays instead of stressing out over what you’re going to bring to your next party!
Cheers, friends, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Hard Moscato Cider

Hard Moscato Cider

We’re all in for fall over here and today’s little autumn beverage is easily in our top 3 favorite things we have ever made. Yes. Ever.Look, it’s no secret that we’re big believers in the magic of wine and it’s ability to actually mend broken hearts and turn sadness into billowing joy and calm nerves and bring a community of friends together just by EXISTING. Like seriously, we love you, wine. BUT — you know what else we love? Things that mix well with wine…and today we have a DELICIOUS little mixer that we want to serve our friends until the end of time. Or the end of fall…but whatever.

So without further ado, we give you a C+C original - Hard Moscato Cider. Oh yes…those 3 words all put together to make one drink…and it’s as good as it sounds.

What you'll need:

* 2 shots Whipped Cream Vodka

* 1/2 bottle Chalkboard Moscato

* 2 quarts Apple Cider (this is 1/2 of a half gallon)

* Caramel Apple Dip

* Pinch of Cinnamon

*Apple slices to garnish

Here’s how to make it:

Combine Moscato, apple cider, and vodka together in pitcher or container of choice. Stir and chill. While the cocktail chills and before pouring it into glasses, open your caramel apple dip and, one-at-a-time, dip your glasses into the caramel until rim is completely covered. When drink is chilled to your preference, remove from refrigerator and serve. Garnish with thinned apple slices and a pinch of cinnamon.

…..annnnnd then repeat, repeat, repeat for the rest of fall. We know you guys are going to LOVE this one.

Cheers!
