Clover Mojito

St. Patty’s Day weekend is officially HERE and we are so excited! Today we’ve got one more drink for you to add to your bar menu this weekend in case, again, the green beer just ain’t doing it for ya!

Here in the midwest where we’re located, Spring has started to peek its head out and tease us with some warmer temps, and this drink is the perfect compliment to not only St. Patty’s Day, but also to the hints of Spring that are in the air!

So without further ado, allow us to introduce you to our fun spin on a fan-favorite drink: it’s our Dellatorri Moscato Clover Mojito! And, in true C+C fashion, this one is quick and easy to make without discounting amazing taste!

Here’s what you’ll need:

And it’s so super easy to make! First, throw your lime pieces in the bottom of your glass, add in your handful of mint, and top with an ounce of Simple Syrup, then muddle. Next add in your ice, pour 1.5-2oz white rum (we used Bacardi), and here’s the twist — top it off with Dellatorri Moscato! Then stir, sip, and enjoy!

We are seriously obsessed with the crisp taste of the mint, lime, and rum combo paired with the sweetness of the moscato! This one could be dangerous, y’all. But like we said earlier this week — we’re all a little Irish on St. Patty’s Day…which means we all get to have a little extra fun, too…right!?

And to wrap this one up, an Irish toast for each of you:

May the winds of fortune sail you,
May you sail a gentle sea,
And may it always be the other guy
Who says, “This drink’s on me!”

Cheers to a fun and safe St. Patty’s Day weekend, C+C fam!

St. Pat’s Prosecco

Top o’the mornin’ (or afternoon or evenin’…whatever!) to ya, C+C fam! Today’s drink is just about the easiest thing we have ever made and it is totally perfect for all your St. Patty’s parties and plans if you’re not a green beer kinda gal (or if you just want some variety while maintaining the festiveness of the beverages!)

I think we can all agree — Irish roots or not — we are all a little Irish on St. Patty’s Day weekend! And while we’re not against a good old fashioned green beer or a pint of Guinness, we do love to spice things up and throw some variety into an otherwise predictable bar menu for your St Patty’s party. Thus we give you — St. Pat’s Prosecco.

To make our St. Pat’s Prosecco you will need a bottle of our Dellatorri Prosecco, a bottle of Midori Melon Liqueur, and melon to garnish. The recipe breakdown is as follows:

How simple is that?! The crisp fruity flavor paired with the bubbly Prosecco is the PERFECT combo for the occasion — not to mention it’s pretty GREEN color to keep you festive! We are sure your party guests will love this little mixer and we want to hear how they like it! Let us know in the comments or on social media how much your friends enjoy this one, and check back in a few days for one more St. Patty’s Day drink!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone!

Rosé + Lindt Chocolate

Looking for an easy, delicious menu for hosting your girlfriends this Galentine’s Day?! Look no further! Pair our semi-sweet Myles & Moore Rosé with the decadent, deliciousness of Lindt chocolates and we’re pretty positive you’ll be kicking your girlfriends out by the end of the night because they’re not going to leave on their own!

So what’s the hype with Galentine’s Day anyway, you ask!? Here’s the skinny: we are FIRM believers that behind every great gal is a group text hyping her up — and basically, we think celebrating your hype-girls is important and necessary and honestly, just downright FUN. It’s so much less exclusive than the entire idea of having one valentine and the pressure of offering the cutest gesture to said valentine. It’s a way to celebrate the people that you are ACTUALLY crazy about. Ladies who have seen you — and LOVED you anyway — at your worst, and who have celebrated with you — and LOVED you anyway — at your best.

Community is important. Friendship is important. And wine! WINE IS IMPORTANT! Combine all three, throw some chocolate on top, and tell us why anyone wouldn’t want to celebrate! AND DON’T FORGET! You can make this Galentine’s Day extra special for your girls with our darling little exclusive C+C tags and cards — available right here!

Cheers to love, laughter, and all your best gals!

Xoxo,
