White Christmas Sangria

In continuing with all of our holiday beauties — may we introduce you to your entire family’s new favorite Christmas beverage: our White Christmas Sangria! It’s a white wine sangria with all the perfect christmas-y fruits to brighten up your holiday!

Per usual — it is simple to make and delicious to drink!
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 bottle Storyteller Sauvignon Blanc
-1 bottle Sparkling White Grape Juice
-Fresh apples, sliced
-Fresh oranges, sliced
-Fresh limes, sliced
-1 1/2 cups cranberries
-Fresh rosemary sprigs

And here’s how you make it:
In a large pitcher, add your fruit and pour your wine over the fruit. Next, pour your sparkling white grape juice and stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. As you know — the longer it sits, the more the fruity taste will infuse into it! When it’s ready to serve, pour into wine glasses and garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary!

And voila! It’s THAT easy! And that pretty, too! Not to mention, delicious…but you already could have guessed that!

We think this will make the perfect Christmas party drink — just double, triple, quadruple — whatever you like! — the recipe to make sure everyone gets a glass or 3!!

Merry Christmas and CHEERS to you and yours this holiday season!

Sauv Sangria

Hey, friends! Fall is in full swing over here and we’re still as excited as we were last week when we shared our Spiked Cider! This week, though, it’s all about our red wine lovers. There’s something about a full-bodied red wine that screams fall, right!? That’s why we’re excited to bring you our Sauv Sangria featuring our Chalkboard Cabernet Sauvignon.

Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 bottle Chalkboard Cabernet Sauvignon
-1 12 oz bottle Ale 8
-1 Orange (we used blood orange)
-1 lemon

And here’s how you make it:
In a pitcher, add orange and lemon slices. Pour Cabernet until about 3/4 of the way full. Top with Ale 8. Refrigerate over night. (A few hours will work, too, but giving it a full night to really infuse those fruit flavors is best for taste!). Serve chilled.

This sangria is the PERFECT blend for the red-wine lover as well as the trying-to-become-a -red-wine-lover. The fruit helps with some of the normal dryness of the Cab, while still being subltle enough to not take away from the bold flavors the cabernet has to offer. This one is so easy to double or triple batch, too, to serve at a fall party or even on Halloween! YES PLEASE!

As always, you can check out our instagram @corksandcheers for the video on how to make it!

Cheers!
