These Fizzy Pear Cocktails are well balanced on the palate. The smoothness and earthiness of the pear pairs well (see what we did there, haha) with the sweetness of the 7UP and crispness of the OGIO Prosecco.

The Ogio Prosecco we are using balances notes of apples and nectarines with a clean, dry finish. This sparkling wine is perfect for any celebration, not just Christmas and New Years.

One can’t enjoy this cocktail all on it’s own though, so we have given you a delicious appetizer to enjoy with it too — Goat Cheese Crostini appetizer. Slice a baguette, toast it, top with goat cheese, pears, walnuts, a little drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of thyme.
