This wine shows good acidity and that mysterious forest floor everyone talks about when they enjoy a Pinot Noir. You will experience wonderful aromas of black cherry, black licorice, spicy notes and a little bit of acidity that will balance out the entire pallet. Pairs well with a simple charcuterie of cured meats and cheeses.  Try with gruyere, brie, or gouda cheeses.

You will experience notes of baked apple with a bright acidity and a good balance of toasted oak which allows a marshmallow like creaminess. This wine pairs well with any white fish in a butter sauce, but also pairs well with just fruit and cheese. Would be enjoyed with friends by the beach. Pairs well with camembert or aged gouda.
