This delicious Citrus Rosemary Spritz with Manchego Slices is definitely a citrus crowd pleaser including blood oranges, grapefruit, and lime. You can always add in your own citruses like normal oranges or lemons to switch up the flavors to your liking.

This appetizer above is not your traditional appetizer, but hey, who doesn’t love new, yummy foods?! Manchego cheese topped with quince paste (also known as Membrillo, thick jelly made of the pulp of the quince fruit). Membrillo can be found at your local grocer. The earthy and savory flavor of the cheese paired with the sweet quince paste and almonds for crunch is the perfect bite, plus no cooking required. Cheers to that.

A simple yet refreshing cocktail is the third winter cocktail recipe out of five for easy Holiday entertaining ideas. Grab the drink and appetizer pairings for this Fizzy Pear Cocktail with Goat Cheese Crostini .

These Fizzy Pear Cocktails are well balanced on the palate. The smoothness and earthiness of the pear pairs well (see what we did there, haha) with the sweetness of the 7UP and crispness of the OGIO Prosecco.

The Ogio Prosecco we are using balances notes of apples and nectarines with a clean, dry finish. This sparkling wine is perfect for any celebration, not just Christmas and New Years.

One can’t enjoy this cocktail all on it’s own though, so we have given you a delicious appetizer to enjoy with it too — Goat Cheese Crostini appetizer. Slice a baguette, toast it, top with goat cheese, pears, walnuts, a little drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of thyme.

Blackberry Mint Cocktail

This Blackberry Mint Cocktail is refreshing, crisp, tart and sweet. The perfect holiday pairing with Blackberry Goat Cheese Mini Toasts.

This delicious mixer ties together the crisp and refreshing Ogio Prosecco, the tartness of blackberries, the sweetness of Cherry 7UP, and a hint of mint. It is sure to be a favorite at your Secret Santa party, Family Christmas, or NYE celebration.

We have partnered with Lena’s Kitchen Blog to share some easy and tasty cocktail recipes including Ogio Prosecco and 7UP for your holiday parties.

To make these Blackberry Mint Cocktails, you have to make a blackberry-mint muddle with fresh blackberries, mint leaves, sugar, a touch of cherry 7UP and lime juice, that can be made ahead of time. This creates a nice depth of flavor to then top with prosecco. The recipe is enough to make a few cocktails, but you can easily scale the recipe up or down as needed.  Check out our recipes to get ready for a delicious drink!

We not only are offering you this drink, but an appetizer to pair with it. With these Blackberry Goat Cheese Mini Toasts, you get the perfect combination of sweet, savory and tart. You won’t be able to resist them, they are so good.
