Hey, friends! Fall is in full swing over here and we’re still as excited as we were last week when we shared our Spiked Cider! This week, though, it’s all about our red wine lovers. There’s something about a full-bodied red wine that screams fall, right!? That’s why we’re excited to bring you our Sauv Sangria featuring our Chalkboard Cabernet Sauvignon.
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 bottle Chalkboard Cabernet Sauvignon
-1 12 oz bottle Ale 8
-1 Orange (we used blood orange)
-1 lemon
And here’s how you make it:
In a pitcher, add orange and lemon slices. Pour Cabernet until about 3/4 of the way full. Top with Ale 8. Refrigerate over night. (A few hours will work, too, but giving it a full night to really infuse those fruit flavors is best for taste!). Serve chilled.
This sangria is the PERFECT blend for the red-wine lover as well as the trying-to-become-a -red-wine-lover. The fruit helps with some of the normal dryness of the Cab, while still being subltle enough to not take away from the bold flavors the cabernet has to offer. This one is so easy to double or triple batch, too, to serve at a fall party or even on Halloween! YES PLEASE!
As always, you can check out our instagram @corksandcheers for the video on how to make it!
Cheers!
You guys — it is HAPPENING! Fall is in FULL swing and we are so happy about it. Today’s drink is the perfect addition to your fall brunches and luncheons — it’s our cranberry apple mimosa featuring our Delatorri Sparkling Moscato and it. is. everything. It has all the delicious fall flavors and yet still is light, crisp, and refreshing.
So Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
1 bottle Dellatorri Sparkling Moscato
1 part cranberry juice
1 part orange juice
1 part apple juice
Fresh cranberries
And here’s how you make it:
Start by filling the bottom of your glass with fresh cranberries. Fill glass with 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part orange juice, and 1 part apple juice. Top with Dellatorri Sparking Moscato.
So simple and sooo yummy! We will be keeping these ingredients around all fall long because, let’s be honest, we’ve earned ALLLL the seasonal mimosas this year, right!?
And for all the MAMA’s! Here’s a fun little twist for your kiddos! Swap out the Moscato for a fizzy drink like sprite or club soda and let the littles get in on the fun with you!

Oookay, y’all! Where are our Moscow Mule lovers at!? Because over here at C+C HQ, we are BIG fans of a good mule, so we’re honestly a little embarrassed that it has taken us this long to create a wine version of one of our very favorite drinks. But, alas, we did it and it is well worth the wait. Introducing our twist on the Moscow Mule — it’s our Moscato Mule! (*squeals with excitement*).
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 bottle Chalkboard Moscato
-Schwepp’s Gingerbeer (or brand of your choice)
-Fresh limes for juice and garnish
And here’s how you make it:
You can probably put 2 and 2 together here, but in case you want us to give the deets, here we go. In a mule glass, pour ginger beer over ice, top with Moscato, and squeeze the juice of about half of a lime. Garnish with lime slice, sip, and enjoy!
Yup, it’s really that easy. And it is SO crisp and delicious. We think it’s the best drink to carry you out of the end of the summer and into the fall. And it really is the perfect twist on your normal mule without sacrificing the flavor and refreshment that we all love! Serve it up at your next gathering or just make a couple for you and your babe to enjoy out on the patio one night! Either way, we think you’ll be refilling your glass a time or two.
As always, you can check out our instagram @corksandcheers for the video on how to make it!

Hey, friends! We hope your summer is going well and you’ve been able to enjoy alllll the fun summer activities with your families and friends. As you may remember from our Fourth of July drink, we’re doing a fun little ‘frozen wine recipes’ theme this month, and today’s recipe is my (Melissa) personal fav!
I am a TOTAL sucker for all the delicious vacation drinks (piña coladas, daiquiris, margaritas, etc) and today’s recipe is the perfect beach drink that you can enjoy right from your couch! For the record, you could also enjoy it from the beach, but that’s a given, right?! So without further ado, fall in love with our DEEEELISH Piña Moscata!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bottle Chalkboard Moscato
1/3 C Pineapple chunks
1/4 C Bai Puna Coconut Pineapple
1/4 C Ice
Nurtibullet or blender of some sort
And here’s how you make it:
(First of all, can you believe this ingredient list!? SO. DARN. EASY.) Anywho, in your blender/bullet, combine all of your ingredients, saving your wine for last. We eyeballed the wine because, let’s be honest, it depends what kind of day you’re trying to have, right?! Blend to desired consistency, pour, and garnish with pineapple a chunk! As with any frozen drink, add ice to thicken your slush or add liquid to thin it out!
So listen, y’all. This is literally a wine version of a piña colada. And it is SO yummy. It has all the flavor of summer, it’s wildly refreshing, and it’s pretty, too. Win – win – win! This will be amazing at all your summer pool parties, patio evenings… or honestly wherever you want to enjoy it! But one thing we know for sure is that you will want more (many, many more) than just one!
As always, you can check out our instagram @corksandcheers for the video on how to make it!
Cheers!
Hey, friends! Continuing with our month of delicious frozen drinks, we’re back with another yummy and refreshing bev to cool you off on those hot summer days! Today’s recipe is about as simple as they come, and it is delivers in the taste department, too. Meet our Frozen Berry Chardonnay.
I’ve gotta say, as someone who doesn’t always go for the Chardonnay first, this drink surprised me. The taste has the PERFECT amount of fruity goodness while maintaining the robust flavors of the wine. WIN WIN, right!?
So here’s what you’ll need:
1 bottle Myles & Moore Chardonnay
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup ice
Nutribullet or blender of choice
And here’s how you make it:
You’ve probably guessed it, but you simply add the strawberries, the ice, and as much wine as your heart desires…and blend to your desired consistency. Like.. this probably feels like we’re playing you, but we’re not. It really is that easy.
This is one of those drinks that you can bring to or serve up at a party that will have your entire squad thinking you went to wild lengths to make it…and we say, what they don’t know won’t kill ‘em! Let them think what they want — the important thing is they’ll be asking for another!
Cheers, y’all!
Happy JULY, friends! Why does it seem like it took 3 years for us to get to May and about 3 days for us to get to July!? Anyone else!? Either way, we are SO excited to start the month out the best way we know how. — celebrating our beautiful country! Today’s drink is a little more involved than our normal 2 minute cocktail, but we think the 4th of July is a worthwhile cause… plus it’s worth the labor.
Introducing our Red WINE + Blue Slushie! It’s our take on a frozen wine slushie..only there are multiple wines AND it’s patriotic. YAAAAS!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Bottle Delatorri Sparkling Moscato
1 Bottle Myles & Moore Rosé
1/2 c Lemonade
Ice (lots of ice)
2 tbsp Grenadine
1/4 c Frozen Cherries
1/4 c Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Sweetened Coconut Milk
3 drops blue food coloring
Blender, nutribullet, etc.
Here’s how you make it:
You will start by doing one layer at a time. We decided to go blue on the bottom, white in the middle, and red on top. Little disclaimer for you: Once they were all poured over one another, however, they kind of marbleized into an adorable tie-dye looking treat because, as you can imagine in July, they melt pretty quickly. Regardless, the end product is so fun and yummy! Ooookay, ANYWAY! Back to what I was saying — let’s make this baby!
In your blender, combine 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup lemonade, 2/3 cup frozen blueberries, and 3 drops blue food coloring. Blend until consistency is that of a slushie. If your mixture gets too runny, just add a few more frozen berries — they act as ice without watering it down. Next, you can either pour that in your glass *OR* another option is to stick it in the freezer until you’re all the way ready to pour each part. This might be a better idea ;).
Next up, it’s your white layer. After cleaning out your blender, combine 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup Delatorri Sparkling Rosé, and 1/4 cup sweetened coconut milk. Blend to desired consistency, and pour (or freeze). Finally, make your red layer. After cleaning your blender one last time, combine 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup Myles & Moore Rosé, 2 tbsp grenadine, and 1/4 cup frozen cherries. Blend to desired consistency. Pour over blue and white layers or stick in the freezer if you’re waiting to serve. The trick is really just making sure they are thick enough and equal in their consistencies to stack. Otherwise you will get your marble-y mixture sooner than you might want. But like we mentioned earlier, the marble/tie-dye look is kind of adorable and we are a little bit obsessssed!! We garnished ours with some cute little American Flag toothpicks, but you have options! Throw some fruit on top, add a fruit skewer with cherries and blueberries, or make something we haven’t even thought of! But get creative and have fun with it!
Voila! That’s it. It’s actually an extremely easy process, it’s simply a bit more time consuming than our other drinks! And if you’re reading this thinking, “hold UP! I come here for QUICK and easy cocktails — we STILL got you, mama! If you want to cut down on time and ingredients but still get the effects and the TASTE of the slush — you can make a layered wine cocktail of 1/2 cup lemonade, 1 cup moscato, and 1 cup rosé! Throw some berries in there and boom — your drink is made and it’s pretty darn delicious, too.
We would love to see what fun variations you come up with while making your slushies! Tag us on instagram @corksandcheers & Facebook at Corks + Cheers! And as usual, check out our IG page for the recipe and video!
We hope you all have a fun, safe, and SUNNY Fourth! Enjoy your friends, family, fireworks, and all the fun treats! Cheers to our beautiful country and our beautiful community!
